Physical fit and power budget
The 6AG1131-6BH00-7BA0: The module occupies 15 mm width on the ET 200SP rail and is 58 mm deep, fitting all standard BU type A0 base units (color code CC00). It dissipates 1.3 W typical at 24 V DC, well within the backplane power budget. Isolated at 707 V DC between circuits, with 75 V DC/60 V AC between different circuits. Maximum unshielded cable length is 200 m; shielded up to 1 000 m.
Input characteristics and diagnostics
Each input is parameterizable and supports 2-wire sensors. Signal '1' detection at +11 to +30 V draws 2.5 mA typical. Filter times are configurable from 0.05 ms to 20 ms. The module provides group error and wire-break diagnostics per channel, and monitors the supply voltage. At ambient above +60°C, only 4 inputs can be active simultaneously; derating must be accounted for in vertical installations.
