The 6AG1132-6BD20-7CA0: The module supports isochronous mode with a jitter of 8 µs and a minimum bus cycle time of 500 µs, making it suitable for high-speed sequencing or coordinated motion handshakes.
Panel fit and thermal limits
At 15 mm wide, 73 mm tall, and 58 mm deep, the module occupies a single slot on the DIN rail. It mounts on BU type A0 base units (common for ET 200SP output slices). Horizontal installation is rated from -40 °C to 70 °C, but above 60 °C ambient the total current across all four outputs must be derated to 1 A max. Below 60 °C each output can carry its full 2 A rating without restriction.
Diagnostics and serviceability
Every channel has independent short-circuit and wire-break detection with a red LED indicator; a green LED per channel shows signal state. The module also reports group errors and diagnostic alarms via the backplane. Firmware is field-updatable (version V1.0 shipped) and substitute values can be assigned per channel for failsafe behavior. The module draws 60 mA from the 24 V backplane (no load) and dissipates 1 W typical.
