SIPLUS vs standard S7-1500 DO
The standard S7-1500 digital output module 6ES7522-1BH01-0AB0 shares the same electrical design: 16 channels, 24 V DC, 0.5 A per channel, diagnostics. The SIPLUS version adds extended environmental specs: wider temperature range (horizontal -40 °C to 70 °C vs 0 °C to 60 °C standard) and resistance to commercially available coolants and lubricants. Intended for applications with coolant mist, extreme temperature, or washdown exposure.
