4 relay outputs at 2 A per channel – no internal short-circuit protection
The Siemens 6AG1132-6GD50-2BA0 is a SIPLUS S7-1500 digital output module with 4 relay outputs, each rated at 2 A maximum, with an 8 A total per module at up to 60 °C. The relay type means there is no built-in short-circuit protection – external fusing is required. Rated for 24 V DC, it draws 1.2 W typical. The module occupies a single 15 mm wide slice on the DIN rail, using BU type A0 base units.
Diagnostics package: what you get and what you don't
This module supports diagnostic alarm and group error reporting. Channel status is indicated by a green LED per output, and a green/red DIAG LED covers module-level health. Data quality (DQ) is flagged as Yes, meaning the IO controller can detect invalid process data – useful for fail-safe configurations. Missing sensor/actuator (MSO) is not supported, so you won't get that fault type from this module. Oversampling and PWM are also absent; it's a straight on/off relay output.

Isolation between circuits is 75 V DC / 60 V AC (base isolation) and type test at 707 V DC. Shielded cable max 1 000 m; unshielded max 200 m.
