What it is and what it does
The Siemens 6AG1134-6GD01-2BA1 is a 4-channel analog input module for the ET 200SP distributed I/O system. It accepts differential current inputs – 0 to 20 mA (16 bit including sign) or 4 to 20 mA (15 bit) – and is powered by a 24 V DC rated supply. Each channel is electrically isolated behind an integrating Sigma-Delta converter, and the module reports diagnostic alarms for wire-break (on 4-20 mA loops), short-circuit of the encoder supply, and group errors. I&M data up to I&M3 is stored onboard for fast asset identification.
What it doesn't do
No oversampling, no isochronous mode, no voltage measurement, no limit-value alarm. The measuring range is not scalable – you get the fixed current ranges. The common-mode voltage limit across channels is 10 V DC (UCM). If your application requires those features, this isn't the slice.
