Analog Input Slice for ET 200SP
The 6AG1134-6GD01-7BA1: Current-production 4-channel analog input slice for the ET 200SP system. Rated supply 24 V DC from the backplane bus; typical power draw 0.85 W without encoder load. Measuring ranges: 0 to 20 mA (16 bit including sign), 4 to 20 mA (15 bit), and ±20 mA – scalable via parameterization, but the range is fixed per channel (no scalable measuring range per spec). Integrates into base units type A0 or A1.
Wiring and Diagnostics
Supports both 2-wire and 4-wire connections via the same base unit types. Wire-break detection is active on the 4 to 20 mA range. Short-circuit protection is provided for the encoder supply in 2-wire mode; condition includes short to ground or short of an input to the supply. Diagnostic alarms, group error, and overflow/underflow are available. Channel status indicated by a green LED; module diagnostics via a green/red LED. Between-channel isolation tested at 707 V DC type test. Maximum common-mode voltage between inputs is 10 V DC.
