Analog input module for ET 200SP – 4 channels, multi-range, diagnostics
The 6AG1134-6HB00-2CA1: This 4-channel analog input module fits SIMATIC ET 200SP base units type A0 or A1. Each channel can be parameterized for voltage (0 to 10 V, 1 to 5 V, ±10 V, ±5 V) or current (0 to 20 mA, 4 to 20 mA, ±20 mA) measurement. Unipolar ranges resolve to 15 bit; bipolar ranges use 16 bit including sign. Diagnostics include wire-break detection on the 4 to 20 mA range, short-circuit detection for 1 to 5 V or current ranges, two upper and two lower limit value alarms per channel, and overflow/underflow flags. A group error LED plus per-channel red LED speed fault isolation.
The resolution difference between unipolar (15 bit) and bipolar (16 bit including sign) is the same effective steps – the extra bit is the sign. Both deliver fine granularity for process signals, but the bipolar ranges give ±10 V or ±5 V with zero-center.
