Module identity and key ratings
The 6AG1134-6JD00-2DA1: Each channel is independently configurable, enabling a mix of thermocouple types and voltage inputs within the same module. The module includes diagnostic alarms, wire-break detection per channel, and limit-value alarms (two upper and two lower) — useful for process monitoring without extra programming.
Fit for the BOM line
This is the ruggedized SIPLUS version — same electrical functionality as the standard ET 200SP AI but qualified for extended temperature and aggressive atmospheres. If your application calls for the standard version, the 6AG1 prefix signals the tougher variant. Supported thermocouple types include B, C, E, J, K, L, N, R, S, T, and U — all with 16-bit signed resolution. Voltage inputs span ±1 V down to ±50 mV, suitable for shunt-equipped current sensors or millivolt transducers.
Integration dimensions
Width is 15 mm, depth 58 mm, height 73 mm — occupies a single slot on the ET 200SP base unit (BU type A0 or A1). Uses a 2-wire connection; shielded cable up to 200 m for voltage, 100 m for thermocouples. Power consumption is 0.9 W typical from the 24 VDC backplane, so total PSU budget remains low even in multi-module racks. MSI is supported (I&M0 to I&M3) for electronic nameplate and maintenance tracking — useful for asset management in large installations.
