Cold-rated analog output for freezer-floor panels
The 6AG1135-4LB02-7AB0: Each output delivers voltage signals across three selectable ranges: ±10 V, ±5 V, and 1 V to 5 V, with a 0.05 % accuracy relative to the output range. The ±10 V range covers most VFD speed-setpoint and valve-positioner signals; the 1-5 V range is common for legacy pneumatic I/P transducers still found in older cold-chain plants.
Panel fit and wiring constraints
The module body is 15 mm wide, 81 mm high, and 52 mm deep — it snaps onto the ET 200SP DIN-rail bus adapter alongside other I/O slices. Power draw is 1.2 W max from the backplane bus, plus 10 mA from the 3.3 V DC bus. The 24 V DC rated supply powers the output drivers; reverse-polarity protection is built in. The module sinks 0.2 ms for resistive loads, 0.5 ms for inductive or capacitive loads (up to 0.5 µF).
