SIPLUS analog output slice for the S7-1200 rack
Siemens SIPLUS analog output module 6AG1135-6GB00-7BA1 gives you two independent analog output channels in a 15 mm-wide slice for BU type A0 or A1, operating from -40 °C to 70 °C horizontal without derating. No oversampling, no MSO, no isochronous mode.
What the ratings mean for your BOM line
The module covers all three industrial current ranges: 0–20 mA (15-bit resolution), 4–20 mA (14-bit), and ±20 mA (16-bit including sign). That 16-bit signed range gives you full bipolar resolution for valve positioners or proportional actuators that need the negative swing. The voltage output is rated at 30 V, and the current outputs can drive a 500 Ω load at max – enough for a standard 4–20 mA loop to a remote I/P transducer. Diagnostic alarms, wire-break detection, and group error are wired in; the green channel-status LEDs and a green/red DIAG LED tell you at a glance if a field wire is open or the module is healthy. I&M data (I&M0 to I&M3) is supported, so your asset management system can read the module identity without climbing into the cabinet.
