What it is
The 6AG1137-6BD00-2BA0 is a 4-port IO-Link master module in the Siemens TIA selection, powered at 24 VDC and rated 700 mA per channel for sensor/actuator supply. Transmission rates: 4.8 kBaud (COM1), 38.4 kBaud (COM2), and 230.4 kBaud (COM3). Each port provides diagnostics, short-circuit protection, and wire-break detection, with a green/red LED per channel for status. Digital inputs (DI=Yes) and digital outputs (DQ=Yes, max. 100 mA per channel) are integrated, along with I&M data support for I&M0 to I&M3.
Integration constraints
Isochronous mode and TIO IO-Link IN/OUT are not supported on this module; these features are available only for PROFINET variants with firmware V2.0 or V2.1. The module mounts using BU type A0 base units. Port type B requires a 24 VDC external terminal. Maximum unshielded cable length is 20 m, which also applies to shielded. Power consumption without load is 45 mA max; total output current across all channels is limited to 2.1 A.
