Where the ratings matter for your BOM line
The 10 A at 60°C is the number that governs panel loading. If your ET 200S terminal draws more than 10 A from this module, you need to split the supply or move to a higher-current power module. The 15 mm width leaves room for more I/O slices on the same rail, but the external short-circuit protection (characteristic B or C) is not built in — you have to account for it upstream. Isolation is tested at 500 V DC between load voltage and backplane, and between power modules. That gives you confidence in ground-separated segments. Reverse polarity protection saves a module if the field wiring is crossed.
