The 6AG1151-1BA02-2AB0: This is a ruggedized SIPLUS variant of the standard ET 200S IM 151 interface module, built with conformal coating to handle condensing atmospheres, salt spray, and corrosive gas levels up to EN 60721-3-3 class 3C4. It carries full PROFIBUS DP functionality at up to 12 Mbit/s, including isochronous mode, SYNC, FREEZE, and slave-to-slave direct data exchange. The wide operating range from -25°C to +60°C suits unheated enclosures or near-oven zones in molding cells. Power draw is 3.3 W typical, with a maximum supply current of 200 mA from 1L+. Isolation between PROFIBUS and electronics is tested at 500 V DC, and the module carries both CE and UL approvals.
