SIPLUS IM 151-3 PN HF with conformal coating
The Siemens 6AG1151-3BA23-7AB0 is a SIPLUS ET 200S IM 151-3 PN HF interface module based on the standard 6ES7151-3BA23-0AB0, with conformal coating and an extended ambient temperature range of -25…+70 °C. It supports PROFINET IO at a transfer rate of 100 Mbps and can connect up to 63 I/O modules across a maximum width of 2 m. Typical power loss is 3.3 W, and the module is rated for installation altitudes up to 5 000 m above sea level, with derated ambient temperature above 2 000 m.
Conformal coating and environmental resilience
The conformal coating protects against aggressive atmospheres, including salt spray (level LC3) and oil (level LB3), and harmful gas concentrations up to EN 60721-3-3 class 3C4 limits, making it suitable for food-and-bev, chemical, and offshore panel environments. Dimensions are 60 mm wide, 119.5 mm high, and 75 mm deep including the mounting rail — fits standard ET 200S backplane slots.
