The 6AG1151-7FA20-2AB0 is an IM 151-7 PROFIBUS DP slave module for the Siemens ET 200M distributed I/O system. It carries 128 kbyte of integrated memory for program and data storage, with 244 bytes each of process input and output image over the PROFIBUS DP network. The RS 485 interface is isolated, which prevents ground-loop coupling when the DP segment runs across different cabinet zones — a common need in furnace-side installations where the module sits near high-temperature zones and the controller is in a separate electrical room.

The module supports FBD, LAD, SCL (optional), STL, and GRAPH (optional) — the full SIMATIC programming suite.
