The 6AG1193-4CA30-2AA0 is a SIPLUS ET 200S terminal module — specifically the TM-E15C24-A1 variant — that takes the standard 6ES7193-4CA30-0AA0 and adds conformal coating and an extended temperature range of -40 to +70 °C. That temperature envelope covers cold-start conditions in unheated enclosures and hot environments near ovens or drives, without derating the 15 mm-wide module's spring-loaded terminal connections. The module provides 2x4 terminal connections with access to AUX1 and AUX1 continuous, fitting the standard ET 200S backplane for electronic modules.
Altitude and environmental compliance
Rated for installation altitudes up to 5 000 m, with derated temperature limits above 2 000 m per the barometric pressure-altitude table — at 3 500 m the max ambient drops to 50 °C. The module meets ANSI/ISA-71.04 environmental conditions for process and control systems, including Level GX group A/B gas resistance (excluding trichlorethylene), Level LC3 salt spray, and Level LB3 oil resistance.
