The 6AG1193-4CD20-2AA0 is a SIPLUS ET 200S power module based on the standard 6ES7193-4CD20-0AA0 but with conformal coating and an extended ambient temperature range of -40 to +70°C. It fits in the ET 200S system as a 15 mm wide module with screw terminals providing 2x3 connections and an interrupted AUX1 bus. This variant is built for environments where humidity, condensation, or aggressive gases are present — the conformal coating protects the PCB while the wide temperature spec covers unheated outdoor cabinets or freezer applications.
Mounts on the ET 200S rail with the same 132 x 15 x 43 mm footprint as its standard sibling. The interrupted AUX1 terminal access is important for modules requiring a separate supply or isolation.
Environmental resilience
Qualified for Level GX (corrosive gases), Level LC3 (salt spray), and Level LB3 (oil). Also carries CE marking. At altitudes up to 2 000 m, full temperature range applies; from 2 000 m to 3 500 m, derate Tmax by 10 K; from 3 500 m to 5 000 m, derate by 20 K.
