What the extended temperature range means for your cabinet

Environmental resilience beyond IP ratings
This BusAdapter is qualified against ANSI/ISA-71.04 Level GX group A/B for corrosive gas, Level LC3 for salt spray, and Level LB3 for oil — it also resists commercially available coolants and lubricants, including diesel and oil droplets in the air. The conformal coating per IPC-CC-830A Class A seals the board assembly against conductive contaminants. Altitude derating is explicit: full temperature range up to 2 000 m, then -10 K up to 3 500 m, and -20 K up to 5 000 m. If your installation is above 2 000 m, the ambient ceiling drops accordingly — plan the cabinet cooling with that headroom.
