SIPLUS coating for aggressive environments
The 6AG1193-6BP20-2BF0 is a SIPLUS ET 200SP base unit (BU type F0) built on the standard 6ES7193-6BP20-0BF0 with conformal coating applied. This coating protects the PCB assembly against condensation, corrosive gases, and conductive fouling — it passes conformal coating qualification and Type 1 protection against fouling. The unit is also resistant to commercially available coolants and lubricants, including diesel and oil droplets in the air, and meets Level GX Group A/B for harmful gas concentrations.
Thermal and current limits for panel planning
Rated 10 A continuous at up to 60 °C ambient — this is the current the power bus can carry to downstream modules. The operating temperature range depends on mounting orientation: -40 to +50 °C in vertical installation, -40 to +70 °C in horizontal installation. Derate altitude above 2000 m: at 5000 m the max ambient drops 20 K below the sea-level Tmax. The isolation test voltage is 3250 V DC for 1 minute (type test) and 2545 V DC for 2 seconds (routine test) between power bus, backplane bus, process terminals, and supply voltage.
