Drive specs at a glance
The 6AG1210-1PE31-2UL0 is an FSF version drive rated for 75 kW and 220 A output current. It delivers 100.46 kVA apparent power at 0.98 efficiency, IE2 class. The integrated brake chopper handles DC braking, compound braking, or resistance braking. For size FSGX it's optional, but on this FSF frame you get it as standard—one less external component to source for vertical-axis or high-inertia loads.
Mounting and cooling
No condensation allowed (the spec says that explicitly). Keep the panel dry; a small heater or breather drain is cheap insurance. Storage range is -25 °C to 55 °C—handling, not running, is what that governs.
Protection features
Ground-fault protection, overvoltage, undervoltage, short-circuit, and stall protection are all built in. Parameter locking stops unauthorized tweaks. Pulse frequency is 4 kHz; you can adjust it lower for less switching loss or higher for quieter motor operation, but that will increase derating above 50 °C.
