It supports FBD and LAD programming with failsafe functions baked in — meaning you can build safety logic without a separate safety controller. Temperature range covers -40 to 70 °C, so it handles cold storage rooms or hot enclosures without active cooling.
Communications and memory
Built-in PROFINET interface with autocrossing and autonegotiation. Also supports MODBUS TCP, UDP, and AS-Interface — you've got network flexibility without extra modules. I/O and analog inputs
Process image supports 1 024 bytes each for inputs and outputs. Isolated 0-10 V analog input is adjustable. Digital input thresholds: signal 0 at 5 V DC at 1 mA, signal 1 at 15 V DC at 2.5 mA. Output forcing supported. Marine approval is on the specs sheet — good for shipboard or offshore panels.
