The 6AG1214-1HG40-2XB0: SIPLUS version of the S7-1200 CPU 1214C, rated for -40°C to 70°C ambient operation. The 24 V DC supply has a minimum hold-up of L+ minus 4 V DC. Backed by 4 Mbyte integrated load memory. Supports FBD, LAD, and SCL programming. Onboard counter inputs, 0 to +10 V analog inputs, and a 2-wire sensor interface. The PROFINET port handles shared device configurations and autocrossing.
Networking and interfaces
PROFINET interface is the primary fieldbus, with MODBUS TCP and UDP support. AS-Interface and PROFIBUS (via CM 1243-5) expansions are available. The unit can act as both MODBUS client and server. Integrated PID controller, forcing and present voltage reading functions. Shared device allows multiple masters on the same PROFINET link. The four integrated analog inputs (0-10 V) are adjustable; no additional expansion needed for basic analog monitoring.
