Panel integration notes
The 6AG1222-1HF30-2XB0: The module uses the standard S7-1200 form factor: 45 mm wide, 100 mm high, 75 mm deep. It requires a separately ordered front connector – match it to the screw or spring-cage type your wiring standard calls for. Short-circuit protection is not built in; you must provide external fusing or a circuit breaker per channel or group. The relay coil draws 11 mA from the 24 V load supply per channel, and 120 mA from the backplane bus at 5 V DC. Typical power loss is 4.5 W. Diagnostic alarm and output status indication are available via the S7-1200 backplane bus.
