Requires a front connector (order separately) for wiring. Short-circuit protection must be provided externally. Each relay coil draws 11 mA from the load voltage L+; backplane bus consumption is 120 mA at 5 V DC. Diagnostic alarm and supply voltage monitoring are built in.
