Mounting and power integration
The 6AG1241-1AH32-4XB0: Width 30 mm, height 100 mm, depth 75 mm – this module occupies a single S7-1200 slot to the right of the CPU. Supply voltage is 24 V DC, with a permissible range of 20.4 to 28.8 V DC. Maximum cable length is 10 m; the RS-232 interface is not electrically isolated, so keep the routing separate from high-energy lines. Current draw of 220 mA from L5+ (logic side) must be included in the CPU backplane budget; at 1.1 W the thermal contribution is modest.
The product status is Active – this is a current, manufacturered line. There is no announced discontinuation or last-time-buy. The standard-parts channel covers it, though the SIPLUS variant is typically quoted to order rather than stocked in depth. We can secure allocation against an RFQ if your BOM calls for the conformal-coated version specifically.
