The 6AG1244-0BB12-2FA0: 2 differential analog inputs (10-bit A/D, configurable as supplementary digital inputs), 2 analog outputs, 6 optically isolated digital inputs (NPN/PNP selectable via wiring), and 2 relay changeover outputs cover mixed signal control for a tension stand or cooling header. Dual PROFINET interfaces allow ring or line topology without an extra switch; no PROFIBUS on this CPU. Power supply: 24 V from the power module or external 20.4–28.8 V. Max current draw 0.5 A, power loss 5.5 W. Dimensions 73 × 199 × 46 mm (W×H×D), IP20 enclosure. Conductor cross-section AWG 30 to 16.
Protective insulation: PELV per EN 50178 with safe disconnection by double/reinforced isolation.
