SIPLUS 32×24 VDC DI — tight panel fit
The 6AG1321-1BL00-2AA0 is a 32-channel digital input module rated for -40 to 70 °C ambient. It takes 24 VDC inputs, signal "1" at 13 V, typ. 7 mA per channel. Backplane supply: 15 mA at 5 VDC, total dissipation 6.5 W. All 32 inputs are available up to 40 °C. At 40–60 °C, 16 inputs are usable; above 60 °C, only 12 inputs remain active. Each input group of 16 is isolated from the other, and the isolation is tested at 500 V DC. No diagnostic alarms, no parameterization — it's a straight read-only input block, minimal firmware overhead. The front connector is a 40-pin type, so plan the wiring harness accordingly.
Panel mounting & wiring — one pass, no surprises
Mechanical: 125×40×120 mm (H×W×D), 260 g. Snaps onto a DIN rail and connects to the adjacent module via the backplane bus connector. No screws, no tools for the bus link. Wiring: 40-pin front connector (not included). Two-wire sensor compatible. Cable lengths: unshielded up to 600 m, shielded up to 1 000 m. Input filtering fixed — on-delay 1.2 ms min, 4.8 ms max, same off-delay. Use 24 VDC supply (20.4 V to 28.8 V). Isolation across the backplane is non-galvanic between channel groups; the whole module is 500 VDC tested to the frame. No channel-to-channel isolation, so shared ground paths are expected.
