The Siemens 6AG1322-1BF01-2XB0 is an 8-output digital output module rated 4 A per channel continuous at 24 V DC from -40 to 70 °C. Electronic short-circuit protection eliminates fuse swaps. Switching speed is modest — 100 µs on-to-off, 500 µs off-to-on — so it's for lamp loads up to 10 Hz or inductive loads at 0.5 Hz, not for high-speed stepping. No diagnostic or wire-break feedback, so the PLC handles fault logic via the load circuit monitoring.
