The module measures 80 x 125 x 120 mm and requires a 40-pin front connector. It mounts on a DIN rail inside the control cabinet. Use shielded cable up to 200 m; unshielded runs are limited to 100 m. Isolation between channels and backplane bus is tested at 500 V AC for 1 minute, with internal voltage limiting to ±120 V. Groups of 12 channels share isolation.
For railway use per EN 50155 T1, the range is -25 to +55 °C; maximum temperature is 60 °C.
