Rail-certified analog input for harsh environments
The 6AG1331-7KF02-2AB0: This means the module is qualified for rolling stock and wayside installations where the electronics must survive thermal cycling, vibration, and supply transients defined by the rail standard.
Supported input types and signal ranges
The module accepts Pt 100 and Ni 100 RTDs in standard curve, plus thermocouple types J, K, E, and N. For voltage signals it handles -1 V to +1 V, -5 V to +5 V, and 1 V to 5 V ranges; current inputs cover 0 to 20 mA. Resistance and direct voltage/current measurement modes are also available, giving flexibility for a range of transmitters and sensors.
The module carries CE mark, UL approval under File E239877, and KC approval, covering European, North American, and South Korean regulatory markets. The EN 50155 certification is the key differentiator — it confirms the module meets the railway application standard for temperature, shock, vibration, and power supply variations.
