The Siemens 6AG1341-1AH02-7AE0 is a SIPLUS S7-300 CP 341 communications processor with an isolated RS-232C interface, designed for environments where standard electronics fail. It is based on the standard 6ES7341-1AH02-0AE0 but adds a conformal coating that lets it take the radiant heat and cold extremes of a steel mill or outdoor installation.

Interface and protocol support

The 9-pin sub-D connector mates with standard RS-232 cabling; maximum cable length is 15 m. Power draw from the backplane bus is 70 mA at 5 V DC, plus up to 100 mA from the 24 V DC supply terminals (L+, M, GND).

Global approvals include CE, UL (File E239877), KC, EAC, and RCM, covering installation in most industrial jurisdictions without additional certification costs.
