The 6AG1431-1KF20-4AY0: Galvanic isolation is tested at 2120 V DC between bus and analog section, plus 500 V DC between bus and local ground, so field-side transients stay off the backplane.
Key specs that matter for panel fit
Width 25 mm, depth 210 mm, height 290 mm. Power loss 4.9 W typ. Input resistance: 10 MΩ on the voltage ranges (±1 V, 1–5 V, ±10 V), so sensor loading is negligible. For 4–20 mA it's 50 kΩ, for ±20 mA it drops to 50 Ω — watch that if you're using a passive loop where a lower burden matters. The 24 V DC supply is used only for powering 2-wire transmitters, not for module operation. Max draw from that rail is 200 mA for all eight fully controlled two-wire loops.
Integration notes
Width 25 mm. Shielded cable max length 200 m per channel. No channel-to-channel isolation, but the analog part is isolated from the backplane bus and from load voltage L+. Potential separation between internal and external circuits is implemented. Integration time is parameterizable, so you can adjust noise rejection vs. update speed. Diagnostics function is not available on this module.
