The Siemens 6AG1503-2CB00-2AA0 is a SIPLUS NET OLM/G11 V4.0 PROFIBUS optical link module designed for harsh environments with conformal coating and an extended temperature range of -25 to +60 °C. It starts from the standard 6GK1503-2CB00 and adds protection against condensation, airborne oil, and dust. For a line that sees washdown or a panel near a compressor, this is the version to specify instead of the standard OLM.
A redundant supply input is provided, and there is one signaling contact to report link status to a PLC or alarm panel. The 5-pole terminal block handles both power and that contact.
