SIPLUS S7-1500 CPU for tough panels
The 6AG1510-1SJ01-2AB0: This is the ruggedized version of the standard 6ES7510-1DK03-0AB0 – same 100 x 117 x 75 mm footprint, same backplane connector, but rated for extended temperature, humidity, and corrosive atmospheres. If the panel sits in a non-conditioned environment, this is the one you spec. It runs the identical firmware and supports the full programming suite: FBD and LAD with failsafe, SCL, STL, GRAPH. Process image is 32 kbyte each for inputs and outputs – enough for a medium-size machine cell. On the network side, it comes with IRT, MRP Manager (IEC 62439-2 Edition 2.0), MRPD, and PROFIsafe V2.4 or V2.6. That means you can run safety over PROFINET with the same wire as standard IO, and use ring redundancy without extra hardware. Modbus TCP is built in – no separate gateway needed. The hardware clock is present, I&M data goes to I&M3, and it supports DCP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS with standard and user pages, LLDP, SNMP – all the IT-friendly stuff for integration into a broader automation network.
Mounts in the same rack as standard modules. Backplane bus integrates without manual addressing. The 32 kbyte I/O process image matches the standard CPU.
