The Siemens 6AG1511-1AL03-7AB0 is an active SIPLUS variant of the standard S7-1500 CPU 1511-1 PN, built on the 6ES7511-1AL03-0AB0 base with a conformal coating that extends the operating temperature range to -40 to +70°C. Program memory sits at 300 KB, data memory at 1.5 MB; the single PROFINET IRT interface includes a two-port switch with 25 ns bit performance. A SIMATIC Memory Card is required for operation.
