Networking and redundancy

Two-port PROFINET with IRT for isochronous motion control and MRP as redundancy manager or client (up to 50 devices in the ring). Also speaks MODBUS TCP and UDP. DCP for configuration discovery. S7 routing is supported, so a remote engineering station can reach subnets beyond the local PROFINET.

Programming toolchain

Programmable in LAD, FBD, SCL, STL, and GRAPH. FBD and LAD include failsafe blocks — no extra safety license needed. The integrated controller is tuned for valve positioning with optimization.
