The Siemens 6AG1518-4JT10-4AB0 is a SIPLUS S7-1500 CPU 1518HF-4 PN based on the standard 6ES7518-4JT10-0AB0 with conformal coating for extended ambient range (0–60°C). It provides 18 MB of work memory for program and 150 MB for data, and is fitted with four PROFINET interfaces: two with 2-port switches (IR and standard) plus two dedicated H-SYNC ports for high-availability configurations. In a control panel, this CPU handles the redundancy logic and process image for safety or high-availability applications. The conformal coating protects against condensation and corrosive atmospheres, making it a candidate for food & beverage, chemical, or offshore installations where the base S7-1500 might not withstand the environment.

Packaging dimensions are 22 x 20 x 16 cm, and the unit ships as a single piece. Allow standard DIN-rail mounting; the conformal coating adds no extra clearance. For FAT/SAT, the CPU downloads via TIA Portal V17 or higher.
