Eight outputs in a 35 mm slice
The 6AG1522-1BF00-7AB0: Eight transistor outputs on a 35 mm wide SIPLUS module for S7-1500, rated 2 A per channel with a module total of 16 A and per-group limit of 8 A. Short-circuit protection triggers at a typical 3 A, and each channel has a green status LED plus a red module diagnostic LED. No wire-break detection, but diagnostic alarms cover short-circuits and overloads. Fast startup completes in 500 ms, but isochronous mode is not supported — skip this if your application expects motion-sync timing.
Panel fit and wiring limits
Width 35 mm clips onto standard DIN rail; depth 129 mm and height 147 mm match the S7-1500 profile. The backplane draws 40 mA with no outputs active, and typical power loss is 5.6 W under load. Isolation tested at 707 V DC between channels. Use shielded cable up to 1 000 m or unshielded up to 600 m for digital signals.
