The Siemens 6AG1541-1AB01-7AB0 is a SIPLUS variant of the S7-1500 CM PtP RS422/485 HF communications module, built on the 6ES7541-1AB01-0AB0 platform with conformal coating for extended ambient temperature range from -40 °C to +70 °C. It provides serial point-to-point connectivity via RS422 and RS485, supporting protocols including Freeport, 3964(R), USS, and Modbus RTU (master or slave) at baud rates up to 250000 bit/s through a 15-pin D-sub socket.
