The Siemens 6AG1642-0EA01-4AX0 is a panel-mount operator interface that communicates over S5, MPI, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, and Ethernet (TCP/IP). Its protocol support bridges legacy and modern Siemens networks. Temperature range covers -20 to 60 °C, so it can sit in an unheated warehouse bay or a panel with warm gear inside.
