What this SIPLUS software controller brings
The 6AG1677-2SB42-2GB0 is a SIPLUS extreme variant of the SIMATIC S7-1500 Software Controller CPU 1505SP F, rated for -40 °C to 70 °C ambient. It runs as a software-based controller on an ET 200SP station, with PROFIsafe safety functions and IRT for deterministic motion control. Failsafe logic can be programmed in FBD or LAD. Additional functions include PID temperature control with integrated optimization and for valve positioning. Communication covers MODBUS TCP, RS485, and UDP.
Integration and mounting notes
Process image is 32 kbyte each for inputs and outputs. Forcing is supported for commissioning. Note that CFC (Continuous Function Chart) is not available in the engineering software.
