The Siemens 6AG1952-1AP00-7AA0 is a SIPLUS S7-400 MC RAM memory card providing 8 Mbyte of volatile program/data storage for S7-400 CPUs. It is based on the standard 6ES7952-1AP00-0AA0 but adds conformal coating and an extended operating temperature range of -25 °C to +70 °C, making it suitable for environments where moisture, dust, or temperature swings exceed ordinary industrial conditions.
The card installs into any S7-400 CPU or interface module that accepts the standard long-format memory card. The altitude derating curve applies: at 2 000 m to 3 500 m, ambient temperature reduces by 10 K from the 70 °C maximum; from 3 500 m to 5 000 m, by 20 K. The card fits within the same panel cutout and slot width as the base part, no extra clearance needed for the conformal coating.
