The Siemens 6DR5010-0NG01-0AA0 is a SIPART PS2 electropneumatic positioner configured as a 2-wire 4-20mA unit without HART communication. It is designed for single-acting actuators and includes an integrated position feedback module that outputs a 4-20mA signal. The enclosure is IP66-rated Makrolon polycarbonate — glass-fiber reinforced for impact resistance in industrial environments. Electrical and pneumatic connections use M20x1.5 and G¼ threads respectively.
Version 0 means a 2-wire loop-powered configuration: the positioner draws its operating power from the 4-20mA control signal. No HART overlay — the loop is pure analog. Single-acting (1) means a single pneumatic output for a spring-return actuator; for double-acting actuators this order code is not the fit. The pre-installed position feedback module (6DR4004-.J) provides a separate 4-20mA output proportional to the valve stroke. That eliminates a remote transmitter for position monitoring in the control room. No explosion protection (N) and no customer-specific design (0) — this is the standard industrial version without ATEX or SIL tagging.
