Rated for the pit and the panel
This Siemens LOGO!—6ED1052-1MD00-0BA2—is the 12/24 VDC baseline module with a real temperature range: −20 °C to 70 °C. It shrugs off the swing from a frosty startup to a closed cabinet baking in summer. Relay outputs handle 10 A resistive or 3 A inductive, enough for pilot-duty contactors or solenoid valves you find in a dust-caked control panel. You get 8 digital inputs, two of which double as 0–10 V analog inputs. The rest are straight DI—no mixed-mode fuss. Twenty-four volt supply, but it also runs on 12 V if your site still uses that. Power draw stays under 1.6 W, so it won't cook itself inside a tight enclosure.
Mounting and wiring
Mounts on 35 mm DIN rail, 4 spacing units wide. Connection block accepts 2x 1.5 mm2 1-wire or 1x 0.5 to 2.5 mm2 finely stranded with end sleeve.
