What this unit does
The Siemens 6ED1052-2CC08-0BA1 is a LOGO! 24CEo basic unit without display, designed for 24 V DC control. It packs 8 digital inputs (4 configurable as 0-10 V analog), 4 transistor outputs, and memory for 400 function blocks. Onboard Ethernet with integrated web server and data logging lets it run standalone or talk to a SCADA layer. Temperature rating spans -40 to 70 °C.
Mounting and power
Mounts on 35 mm DIN rail, 4 spacing units wide (71.5 mm). Supply range 20.4-28.8 V DC. Power reserve holds the program and retentive data for 480 h with no external supply — enough for a long weekend power loss. Approvals include CE, UL, CSA, FM, and Marine. Radio interference suppression meets EN55011 Class B for residential environments. Short-circuit protection is built in (1 A electrical) — no external fusing required for the logic module itself.
