Panel fit and I/O layout
The 90 mm height and 55 mm depth keep it within a standard 4-row enclosure depth. It provides 8 digital inputs and 4 relay outputs. The relay outputs are rated 10 A resistive and 3 A inductive maximum — enough for direct switching of small contactors or indicator loads without an interposing relay. The module accepts supply voltages from 100 V to 253 V DC, or 115 V and 230 V AC. That covers standard European and North American control voltages without a separate power supply module.
It carries CE, UL, CSA, and FM approvals, plus marine approval, so it is accepted in industrial control panels, building management systems, and shipboard installations across most jurisdictions. The digital inputs are not internally short-circuit protected — external fusing is required per the spec.
Operating environment and standards
Rated for 0 °C to 55 °C ambient, so it is fine inside a ventilated enclosure but not for freezer or outdoor direct-sun applications without climate control. The module holds an 80-hour power reserve, meaning programmed logic and retentive data survive a weekend power-down without a battery. Developed per IEC 61131 and classified limit class B for residential use, so it is suitable for both industrial and domestic control applications.
