The Siemens 6ED1055-1CB10-0BA2 LOGO! DM16 24 is a 24 V DC expansion module that adds 8 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs to a LOGO! 8 base controller. Each output switches 0.3 A continuous (resistive load) at up to 10 Hz; with inductive loads the switching frequency drops to 0.5 Hz.
Supply and signal thresholds
Supply voltage range is 20.4 V to 28.8 V DC — comfortably within the 24 V nominal band for industrial control panels. Input thresholds follow the LOGO! standard: a logic 0 is below 5 V DC, logic 1 above 12 V DC, with a typical input current of 2 mA at signal 1. The module is developed in accordance with IEC 61131 and carries CE, UL, CSA, FM, and marine approvals, so it passes inspection for most machine-control and shipboard applications.
