The SITOP PSU8200 6EP3337-8SB00-0AY0 is a 40 A regulated power supply that takes 120 V or 230 V AC (auto-ranging from 85–132 V or 170–264 V, 45–65 Hz) and delivers a 24 V DC SELV output. It snaps onto a DIN rail EN 60715 35x15, needs 40 mm clearance top and bottom, and zero left or right. Rated for continuous 40 A up to 60 °C ambient; above that derate 3% per K to 70 °C max.
Installation & Wiring
Input side: L, N, PE each take one screw terminal for 0.2–4 mm² single-core or finely stranded wire. Output side: + and – each have two screw terminals for 0.5–10 mm². The manufacturer recommends a 16 A characteristic C miniature circuit breaker on single-phase feed; for two-phase operation use a 2-pole breaker or a 3RV24 series motor starter protector. Startup is automatic once input exceeds 90 V (120 V range) or 180 V (230 V range).
Protection & Isolation
Output is safety extra-low voltage (SELV) per EN 60950-1 and EN 50178. Leakage current is 0.1 mA typical and maximum. I²t is 8 A²·s. Not rated for ATEX, IECEx, FM, or UL hazardous locations, and not NEC Class 2. IP20 enclosure — keep it in a clean, dry cabinet.
