Spare part for ET 200B
The Siemens 6ES7131-0BL00-0XB0 is a spare-part electronic module for the ET 200B distributed I/O family, carrying 32 digital inputs at 24 V DC with a 3 ms input delay. It communicates over PROFIBUS DP at up to 12 Mbit/s, and the 3 ms filter is the default debounce — fast enough for most discrete sensor signals but worth noting if your application needs sub-millisecond edge capture.
Input characteristics and wiring
Signal '1' threshold is 13 to 30 V, with a typical draw of 4 mA per input at 24 V (minimum 2 mA). The module also supports 2-wire sensors with a quiescent current allowance up to 1.5 mA. Inputs are not isolated from each other (no potential separation between digital inputs), so plan your field wiring with common-reference sensors in mind. The terminal block options include screw and spring-loaded types for 3- and 4-wire connections. Power draw from the backplane: 70 mA typical for logic, up to 1 A from L5+ for sensor supply. The I²t rating of 0.05 A²·s with starting current inrush gives a fuse-coordination reference for the sensor supply rail.
Rated for 0 to 60 °C horizontal installation (derate to 40 °C for other mounting orientations), with humidity tolerance up to 95 % RH class 2 per IEC 1131-2. Vibration and shock tested to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27.
