The Siemens 6ES7132-4BD00-0AB0 is a 4-channel transistor output module rated for 24 V DC supply. Each channel drives 0.5 A continuous, with a 2 A total per module ceiling.
What the key ratings mean for a panel build
Switching limits: resistive load up to 100 Hz, inductive load up to 2 Hz, lamp load up to 10 Hz. That 100 Hz on resistive loads covers fast pulse outputs for simple counters or strobes, but for solenoid banks you will be limited by the 2 Hz inductively — plan your duty cycle accordingly. Turn-on delay 100 µs, turn-off 300 µs; that asymmetry matters if you are driving a fast-acting clamp circuit.
Isolation tested at 500 V DC between channels and backplane. No galvanic separation between channels themselves — that is typical for a group output module, so plan your wiring accordingly if you need per-channel isolation. Reverse polarity protection is present when the load voltage matches the power module supply; a polarity reversal can cause the outputs to be connected through, which is a installation note to flag on the panel label.
